New home development in Rancho Cordova often stays very close to the many established businesses located there such as Vision Service Plan, C. C. Meyers, and Motion Control Engineering.

Rancho Cordova Real Estate is on the move, and so is Rancho's administration! On July 1, 2003, Rancho Cordova became the seventh incorporated city in Sacramento County and "California's Newest City" (though at the rate of change we sometimes see in California, it probably won't be long before that title is challenged.
